The tenant farmer's house was most likely built during the first half of the 19th century, and has been moved to its current location. It is a one-and-a-half-storied building with a saddle roof and clad with vertical panelling. All of the roofs are slate covered. The façade is approximately symmetric with a centrally located dormer. A double entrance door, that is centrally located on the long wall, faces the yard.
