The tower block has ten stories with flats. The tenth storey is recessed like a roof storey. Originally this storey was intended to be used as a village hall for the residents, but this plan was never actualised. The most characteristic aspect of the building is the roof termination, which nearly resembles a dark hat. Towards the north the façade is a straight wall with small uniformly positioned windows. On the other façades there is a play between light and darker sections - this is created by the wall planes which project and recess, an alternation between large and smaller windows along with a refined interchange between the positioning of the balconies on the three sides.
