There is a glass thoroughfare area in the main room of the complex, adjoining the newer and the older sections of the building. The main support system, are the prefabricated concrete columns that have an 8 degree tilt. Inside of the thoroughfare area there are latitudinal footbridges made of concrete - running between both the old and new sections. The main point of entry into the building is located on the second storey, on the northern gable end. The floor is chiefly decorated with slate from Alta, with simply designed inserts made of rust-coloured slate from Otta.
