Description
The ground floor has a colonnade and a set back glazed wall towards Sjøgata and Fredrik Langes gate. There are nine circular concrete columns with conical capitals and no accentuations at the base. The exposed concrete surfaces show the wood grain of the formwork and this softens the material's otherwise heavy nature.
