Brinken Terrace was developed in two phases and now has a total area, including the underground parking, of 8,100m2. The 48 flats vary in size from 36m2 to 196m2. The typical ceiling height in all flats is 2.7m. The first generation of occupants were closely involved with the architects in the design of their future homes and this is why the layout of the flats and the elevations are so varied. Both blocks have light and spacious entrance areas, and each has access to the flats from two separate stairwells and lifts. The two buildings are connected via the underground parking and storage areas.
