“Octopus” is a community housing project consisting of ten independent living units, one bedsit and communal areas. Out of a total of 780 m², the communal areas and bedsit account for approx. 175 m². The building comprises two storeys and takes the form of two rectangular blocks placed together to form an open V-shape, where the garden area faces south-west and gets the afternoon sun.
