“Mesterstykket” (“The Masterpiece”) consists of ten interlinked individual houses over two storeys that form a wind-shield against cold summer winds from the north-east. Balconies and other outdoor spaces face south, whereas bathrooms and storage areas face north and the coldest winds. Front gardens and a semicircular area, comprising a playground and communal areas, are situated in the lee of the houses – facing south.
