With a total length of 76 metres, the newest bridge is comprised of two prefabricated steel-plated supports (in two spans) with a deck of integral cast concrete elements. The abutment piers are also made of concrete. Today the bridge, built in 1958, is used to access several residential properties. The bridge, built in 1975, is a common type bridge and typical of the period. It is included as a part of the main road that runs between Tromsø and Nordkjosbotn.
