Each unit is built with isolated wooden trestle pole walls, which are clad on the interior with birch plywood and on the exterior with water-resistant plywood. The structure is held together by a braced steel structure. This steel structure is also where the unit can be lifted in order to transport. It is also the frame used for the fastening of the Venetian blinds and gates. The terraces and gates are made of unmodified Siberian larch wood. The vertical Venetian blinds are made of oiled laminated wood. An aluminium sliding door runs from one wall to the other and from the floor to the ceiling, on both parts of the housing unit. The large panes of glass are protected when the unit is joined, such as during transport.
