The office building crosses transversely through the old building. On the east-side facing the sound, the building is three-storied and the façade is made of glass. Wooden planking allows the building to continue outwards towards the edge of the quay. A small open balcony on the second-storey has wooden parapets - seeming to create a dialogue with the horizontal wooden expanse below.
