The Conservatory of Music was already at full capacity in 1985 when they moved in. Thus an annex was built on the north, completed in 1997. The wing is two-storied and is situated in an east-west direction with a wall of windows on the north-side. The handling of the façade is divided into two parts. Red bricks have been used in the older section of the complex, towards the south. In the north, the length of the façade arches and the lower part is slanted. This façade is clad with panes of glass.
