The Administration building houses the university's management and administrative departments. John Kristoffersen Arkitektkontor designed the building, which opened in 1989. This elongated building is three-storied and has a saddle roof. A transversely positioned solarium is located in the middle section of the building. The façade is designed like a glass gable, something that resembles a temple gable. It marks the entrance to the university and is the access point to the building's main corridor. This building, also called Hovedgården, is externally clad with vertical lath panelling. This distinguishes it from the other buildings on campus, which are largely covered in brick.
