All of the flats are two-storied. Each unit has an outer solid frame with a net volume (width, length, height) of 6.2 x 11.5 x 5 metres, which can be internally reconstructed in regard to the changing needs/wishes of the resident. Originally four main types of flats were drafted, after further variations, 10 different plan variants resulted in the end.
