Towards the north-side, the building's façade is divided into two parts. Glass and aluminium have been employed down by the sea, while covered brick has been employed on the opposite end of the façade. The glass and aluminium plane creates a grey colour which stands in contrast to the light colour of the Polaria, something that accentuates this building.
