Description

Nystua (the new house), which makes the south western corner of the courtyard, was built at the end of the 19th century. It is a two storey log house with vertical wooden cladding on the walls facing the main road and a pitched slate roof. The south-facing gap between Nystua and Litjstua is filled by a gated wall to shelter the courtyard against the prevailing winds.
