The balcony door, on the second storey, is a typical example of reconstructed architecture. Here it leads out to a rather small balcony that has a parapet with a simple design, comprised of slender iron profiles. There are two verandas of this type on the second storey, overlooking the street Storgata. The balconies are symmetrically positioned on the façade and mark the entrances and stairwells of the offices and flats.
