Description
The building is constructed from concrete, but is covered with mortared hydraulic-pressed bricks. The first storey holds waiting rooms, in addition to other various rooms. This storey is partially recessed and enclosed with glass, so that the supportive columns stand independently. The windows appear sharply incised on the dark brick wall - framed by light painted concrete.
