The oval or flounder-shaped plan unifies the building into a complete sculptural form. The façade is also sculptural, with an alternation between vertical concrete elements and window slits. In relation to the arched outer wall, the concrete elements are slanted. When seen from the one side, the concrete and glass slits bestow the building with an open structure. When seen from the other side, the overlapping slices provide a closed expression.
